1. Pre-order deposit. A deposit of CA$1,000 per vehicle reserves a place in line for the Genesis GV90 in Canada. Pre-orders are handled in the order deposits are received. Placing a pre-order does not guarantee a delivery date, price, or configuration.
2. Refunds. The deposit is fully refundable until you attend your customization session at a Genesis distributor. To request a refund before then, contact Genesis Motors Canada. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
3. Customization session. A Genesis distributor will contact you to book a customization session, where you choose your configuration. At that session, the deposit is applied to your purchase and becomes non-refundable.
4. Pricing and availability. Final pricing, specifications, and availability are confirmed at the customization session and may differ from information published before launch.
5. Limits. Genesis Motors Canada may limit the number of pre-orders per person or household and may cancel a pre-order with a full refund at its discretion.
6. Personal information. Your information is used to manage your pre-order and is handled under the Genesis Motors Canada Privacy Notice.
7. General. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Genesis Motors Canada may update these terms; the version shown at the time of your pre-order applies.
